road closure general indifference
The rooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean. I found this aspect to be acceptable.
the hotel did not notify me in advance about road closures. it seemed nonchalant about the extra time i spent navigating routes. when i arrived, i was rushed through check-in and pressured to make decisions. i found an air of indifference there, unacceptable for a luxury hotel.

small rooms limited breakfast
the room was clean and well maintained i guess.
the rooms are really small for the price. breakfast was extra and very limited, i think. i asked for rice with the steak, and the waitress said it wasn't possible. i also asked for a side salad with the main course, they charged me 19 euro for it. seriously?

Mixed Feelings About My Stay
small room limited breakfast
My recent experience was not entirely positive. The room size felt quite small for the price (I expected more space). the breakfast options were limited. I asked for a side salad with my main course in the restaurant, and I was surprised to see a €19 charge for it. This seemed excessive.

the staff provided very friendly service and the room was quite comfortable. the location was very good, also.
the scaffolding from one building site was right on the hotel terrace, and trucks reversed loudly each morning. i also felt the food at the restaurant was not worth the cost. Dishes were sent back due to the quality.
