The rooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean. I found this aspect to be acceptable.
the hotel did not notify me in advance about road closures. it seemed nonchalant about the extra time i spent navigating routes. when i arrived, i was rushed through check-in and pressured to make decisions. i found an air of indifference there, unacceptable for a luxury hotel.

the room was clean and well maintained i guess.
the rooms are really small for the price. breakfast was extra and very limited, i think. i asked for rice with the steak, and the waitress said it wasn't possible. i also asked for a side salad with the main course, they charged me 19 euro for it. seriously?

the staff provided very friendly service and the room was quite comfortable. the location was very good, also.
the scaffolding from one building site was right on the hotel terrace, and trucks reversed loudly each morning. i also felt the food at the restaurant was not worth the cost. Dishes were sent back due to the quality.

the hotel boasted a beautiful and peaceful ambience. the decor felt stylish and elegant. i found all staff members to be both attentive.
the rooms felt very small to me. breakfast was offered at an additional cost and i felt that it was very limited. the room cost over 500 euro a night.
